Assessment Program for Beginners
Indoor Boot Camp welcomes beginners. Our assessment program is a private or semi private session that evaluates your strength, cardiovascular capacity and overall knowledge of exercise. This is a very effective way of designing a workout program that ensures safety and positive results. This class is optional but recommended for beginners.
