Headlines Update/Changes

FREE Indoor Boot Camp class. August 24th at 12:30 PM. This class is a high impact class with advanced exercise routines. This is NOT a class for beginners or people with injuries. Call to reserve a place in class, space is limited, don't wait. Call 626-440-1704 for reservation.

INDOOR BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE. 
 6 spaces available.

This is our 12th No Excuses Fitness Indoor Boot Camp Challenge starting August 24, 2009 at 6:00 am and ending October 3, 2009. For those of you who are not familiar with the program here is a quick introduction. No Excuses Fitness, Indoor Boot Camp challenge is approximately a six week program, consisting of 36 sessions. The class will be held Monday – Friday at 6 am, Special bonus; Saturday classes will also be available for Indoor Boot Camp challengers at 7:30 am and 10:30 am. Saturday classes are by appointment only. 
Let NO EXCUSES FITNESS, HELP YOU get your butt back in shape!!!

I have been preaching for years that microwaved food denatures and kills nutrients. This link is a perfect example of poor nutrient intake. I hope you take the time and try this experiment.

Rubber Band Rotation.
Place a medium strength band on the floor, holding the right handle with your right hand  Stand in a squat stance on top of the band and hold with both hands in a V grip. (As shown in the first picture) .Twist as if you are tossing a ball over your left shoulder. (Keep your arms at a slight extension and your right arm below your chin).
You should not have too much tension when performing this exercise. Perform this rotation  comfortably 12-15 times on each side.
